You can download them from the link provided in the automated email from Etsy or you can log in and go to your purchase history and download them. You will see button beside every digital order that says DOWNLOAD. Click on that and it will take you to the file from that order.
PERSONALIZED PURCHASES

First and last name and attach the image to be used

We accept the following image formats: JPG, or PNG.
Photo resolution must be at least 72dpi, higher resolution is recommended for the best print quality.
A JPG at 300dpi is preferred for photos

We are not responsible for low resolution quality photos submitted.
We do not restore or repair old photo's.
We will perform a test print on each order and if we find the photo not to be of the best quality we may ask for another photo to be submitted and you will be contacted immediately.
Do not crop the photo before sending it to us, we will crop if necessary.

All of our designs are copyrighted and printables will bear our copyright.
Carousel Candy Shoppe maintains all copyright ownership over the designs, which includes custom designs that are made for you.
We reserve the right to re-list all of our designs in our shop to re-sell. You are paying for the personal use only rights to print our designs.
